Pour réaliser le rivetage, il est impératif d'utiliser une riveteuse oléopneumatique qui transmet l'effort nécessaire au clou cannelé. La morphologie double corps garantit après rivetage de hautes performances mécaniques. BOLTOFIX™ est donc à privilégier pour les applications d'assemblages de structures. Assemblage en aveugle permanent d'éléments de structure Soudure à l’arc : - processus de soudure peu exible - fort échauffement de la matière - déformation du support - main d’œuvre qualiée rare - solution inesthétique (gratons) Soudure par point ou à la molette : - processus de soudure peu exible - assemblage à tenue variable et non garantie Rivet creux : - pas de pose possible en aveugle BOLTOFIX is the solution for joining two workpieces which are subject to signicant levels of stress (tensile and shearing stresses, vibration, and where a watertight seal is required). Use of an oleopneumatic riveting tool is essential in order to apply sufcient force to the knurled stem. The BOLTOFIX™ double-bodied structure guarantees a high level of mechanical performance after riveting. BOLTOFIX™ is therefore the obvious choice for structural assembly applications.
